I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist, Board Certified and
a Certified Hypnotherapist (PMHCNS, BC, CHt) providing holistic therapies. I
am a Therapeutic Touch practitioner and a Reiki Master, and certified as a
hypnotherapist by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy
Association. I am an Anamcara apprentice studying the art, science and
practice of sacred relationships through the Sacred Art of Living.
I am trained in the Gottman Theory of couples counseling
featuring ways to increase love and affection and decrease
hurt and anger whether you simply want to be more connected
or your relationship is in distress.

The philosophy of holistic health is to enhance your own ability to heal and to
maintain balance. In a holistic practice all aspects of a person's needs
including psychological, physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual are taken into account and seen as a whole. The goal is
to help you to balance your energy and to feel more relaxed and more radiant
with joy and new hope. One of the significant contributions of holistic therapies
is that they can be integrated effectively with traditional treatments ordered by
your physician. These therapies use powerful but gentle energy which aid in
the healing process.
